A Local Self Defence Group are providing a personal safety seminar for the entire family
A Milton Keynes-based personal safety group are running a personal safety seminar for the entire family on Monday 21st May
The seminar is unique as everyone in the family can train together and experience some practical, fun and realistic self defence training within the same event.
No experience is needed and all levels of fitness can be accommodated. The Seminar is to be held at St Monica’s school in Neath Hill.
The seminar director Mr Gary Payne said.
“I am delighted to promote this unique event as so many families demonstrate an interest in training together. This seminar will tackle personal safety and home safety”.
